3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 One Account Per Person

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

jadi007 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

4.1 Permitted Activities

• Reading and sharing informational content published on the Platform for personal reference.
• Using account management and responsible gambling tools available through your Account.
• Contacting jadi007 customer support through the official communication channels listed on the Platform.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any form of software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without express written permission from jadi007.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, authentication controls or access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or coordinated fraudulent behaviour.
• Submitting false KYC documents or impersonating another individual.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or misconfiguration to gain an unfair advantage.

5.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of jadi007, you may be required to complete a registration process by providing your full name, date of birth, email address, preferred currency (MYR) and a secure password. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.

5.2 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. jadi007 recommends using a unique password that combines upper and lower case letters, numerals and special characters. You must notify jadi007 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. jadi007 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3 KYC Verification

jadi007 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted Malaysian documents typically include a valid national identity card (MyKad), driving licence or passport, supplemented by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Verification normally takes 24–48 hours, subject to the quality and completeness of documents submitted.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jadi007 support. jadi007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory obligation or the outcome of a responsible gambling self-exclusion request.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jadi007 supports Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) transactions through a range of locally recognised payment channels, which may include: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Availability of individual methods is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your jadi007 Account. Payments from third parties — including family members, friends or business associates — are not permitted. jadi007 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be attributed to the Account holder and to return such funds to their source.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and are subject to change. As a general reference, the minimum deposit is typically RM30 and the maximum may be up to RM30,000 per transaction, depending on the payment method selected.

6.4 Processing Times

Indicative processing times are as follows, subject to operator approval and KYC status:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Usually processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow: Typically instant following account verification.
• FPX bank transfer: Generally 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Direct bank wire: Up to 60 minutes; may be longer on public holidays or outside business hours.

6.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a jadi007 transaction without first raising the matter with jadi007 customer support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any associated Account balance may be suspended pending investigation, and the value of the chargeback will be recovered from your Account where lawfully permitted.

jadi007 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, free bets or other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible markets.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, this will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement on a deposit of RM100 requires you to wager a total of RM2,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jadi007 employs automated and manual tools to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated abuse across a network of users. Any Account found to be engaged in such behaviour may have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to Account closure.

7.3 Expiry

Bonus funds, free bets and promotional credits that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation. Users are encouraged to review promotion terms before participating.

jadi007 is committed to promoting safer gambling practices and to providing users with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their play. Gambling should at all times remain a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they are losing control of their gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting jadi007 support directly. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cooling-off period to permanent Account closure. During any self-exclusion period, jadi007 will take reasonable steps to prevent the user from accessing the Platform.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase an existing limit will be subject to a minimum cooling-off period before the change takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit are applied immediately.

8.3 Minors

jadi007 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. If you share a device with younger family members, you are advised to use parental control software and to ensure your Account is not accessible to minors. jadi007 accepts no responsibility for access by underage individuals resulting from a failure to secure personal devices.

10.2 Platform Availability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond jadi007's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jadi007 accepts no liability for any loss arising from such periods of unavailability.
